Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 / annual

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Vice President of Growth to develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies and business development plans for the space, defense, and national security sector. This role focuses on creating and advancing recurring business with new and existing customers, driving bookings and revenue growth, and positioning Voyager as a key enabler for the U.S. Space Force and Department of War. Key responsibilities include developing and executing near and long-term growth strategies aligned with Annual Operating Plan and Long-Range Strategic Plan objectives to meet or exceed bookings targets. You will maintain detailed understanding of customer missions, requirements, and capability gaps across the Department of War, U.S. Space Force, Intelligence Community, and Defense Industrial Base. The role involves building and maintaining strategic relationships with key customers, vendors, and partners while tracking emerging markets and competitive trends. You will collaborate across lines of business with technology development, product development, finance, marketing, and other stakeholders to drive sustainable long-term growth. This includes fostering an entrepreneurial growth culture throughout the organization, engaging customers and vendors in pre-solicitation efforts, and managing the capture, bid, and proposal process within budget constraints. You will support pipeline generation, reporting, and mission enablement initiatives. Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or management (MBA or engineering master's preferred), 15+ years building capabilities or executing mission enablement efforts, and 10+ years of business development experience with the U.S. Government or prime contractors. You must have current Top Secret DoD clearance, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. This position reports to the Executive Vice President of Growth-Business Development.
