Precision AQ Market Access Consulting seeks an experienced Vice President to lead and grow the consultative services team within their US Market Access Consulting division. This is a strategic leadership role reporting to the SVP, Managing Director of US Access Strategy & Analytics.
You will be responsible for delivering market access engagements across the full continuum—payer, provider, and patient solutions—while driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets through direct client engagement and project leadership. Key responsibilities include leading the consulting team in delivering high-quality services to biopharmaceutical clients, building and maintaining long-term client partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and proactively proposing technical and strategic solutions.
You will also lead team development efforts, including hiring, staffing, onboarding, mentoring, and career development planning. You'll collaborate across multiple business units on business strategy and execution, and serve as a role model for work ethic and dependability.
Required qualifications include 10+ years of consulting or commercialization strategy experience, with the majority focused on health policy or reimbursement strategy, particularly in physician-administered medicine. You must have a proven track record in revenue generation and business development, strong understanding of CMS regulations, coding, payment methodologies, and physician reimbursement dynamics. A bachelor's degree in science, economics, business, or related field is preferred; advanced degrees are advantageous.
