Salary: USD 470,000 - 646,800 / annual
Okta is seeking a Vice President of Global Systems Integrators to lead strategy and ecosystem development for their GSI (Global System Integrators) partnerships. This is a people-management role overseeing a world-class team of GSI professionals, with accountability for Okta's partnership strategy, go-to-market execution, and performance against revenue and strategic outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and scaling a team of GSI professionals, with focus on career development and team growth
- Building and nurturing strategic relationships with major system integrators (Accenture, Deloitte, PWC, etc.) and enterprise customers
- Developing global strategic partnerships that drive meaningful revenue and influence with enterprise accounts
- Creating and evolving partner programs and leading market-entry initiatives across global markets
- Managing the global-to-local business model, balancing global program oversight with regional business execution
- Identifying growth opportunities, strategy, and outcomes in partnership with direct and indirect theater leadership
- Presenting strategy and performance metrics to C-level and Board audiences
Required qualifications:
- Proven success leading and scaling teams at hyper-growth SaaS and/or security companies
- Track record of orchestrating high-value GSI alliances that exceed strategic growth and revenue targets
- Demonstrated success evolving partner programs and leading global market-entry initiatives
- Strong executive communication skills (written and verbal) with experience presenting to C-suite and Board
- Deep existing relationships with Accenture, Deloitte, and PWC (required)
