Precision for Medicine seeks a Vice President of Business Development for Precision AQ (PAQ) Services to drive aggressive expansion within the life sciences sector. This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role reporting to the PAQ SVP of Strategic Business Development.
You will own a territory business plan focused on new client acquisition and revenue growth across PAQ's Agency, Consultancy/HEOR, and proprietary product offerings. Your responsibilities include:
• Developing and executing an annual strategic Territory Business Plan (updated monthly) to drive new revenue and sales growth, with direct accountability for prioritized accounts measured by sales bookings.
• Identifying and pursuing high-value opportunities within small to midsize pharma and biotech, acting as a sales hunter to prospect, qualify, and close new business.
• Building and maintaining relationships with senior-level decision-makers at client organizations, leveraging these connections to generate new business and drive revenue growth.
• Managing the full client sales cycle from prospecting through solution development, proposal delivery, negotiation, and successful transition to PAQ service and product teams.
• Collaborating with PAQ Practice Areas and subject matter experts to craft compelling solutions, coordinate go-to-market strategies, and advance cross-selling opportunities.
• Promoting PAQ capabilities through lead generation activities including conferences, trade shows, webinars, and virtual meetings.
• Providing competitive intelligence to Sales and Marketing teams and contributing to pricing and competitive positioning.
• Maintaining accurate pipeline and client records in Salesforce.
