Salary: USD 225,000 - 275,000 / annual

Doctronic is an AI-powered healthcare platform that has delivered over 30 million consults and is the first and only AI legally authorized to practice medicine under Utah's AI Learning Lab. The company recently raised $65M in Series B funding and is now building its enterprise sales organization to serve health plans, health systems, and the broader healthcare ecosystem. You will own the health systems vertical end-to-end, managing pipeline generation, relationships, narrative development, and revenue targets. Your primary focus will be academic medical centers, integrated delivery networks, community health systems, and multi-specialty provider groups. This is one of the first senior sales hires on the enterprise team, reporting directly to the Chief Business Officer and working alongside the Chief Medical Officer. Key responsibilities include: - Owning pipeline generation and closed contract value for health systems, maintaining at least four opportunities in contracting or later stages at any time - Building the health system narrative and buyer persona map around cost of care, patient access, capacity, engagement, quality measures, and value-based arrangements - Running the full sales cycle: sourcing with business development and marketing, scoping integrations with solutions engineering, and closing with deal desk - Navigating health system procurement and compliance, including security reviews, diligence questionnaires, corporate practice of medicine considerations, and BAA/DUA negotiations - Partnering with the Chief Medical Officer and research team to translate clinical evidence into health system-ready economic packages - Coordinating with implementation teams pre-signature to ensure delivery aligns with commitments - Feeding vertical requirements into the enterprise product roadmap and managing scope creep - Growing accounts post-launch alongside customer success, prioritizing expansion within existing health systems You will spend significant time educating the market on what autonomous clinical AI can do, as this is a genuinely new product category. Heavy travel is required, as enterprise health system buyers do not purchase over video alone. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years selling into health systems, with a track record of personally closing multi-year enterprise contracts and carrying a number - Verifiable relationships with health system economic buyers: chief medical officers, VPs of clinical operations and network, and digital health or innovation leaders - Fluency in health system economics and terminology: cost per case, DRG reimbursement, bundled payments, shared savings, risk-based arrangements, and value-based contracting - Proven track record of selling clinical credibility rather than features, with judgment about which evidence specific buyers need - Comfort selling a product still in motion within a category regulators are still defining - Willingness to travel heavily - Based in New York City or willing to relocate NICE TO HAVE: - Experience selling AI, digital health, or virtual care into health systems - Prior experience working inside a health system on the buying side - Familiarity with CMS models and care management programs (ACCESS, APCM, CCM, TCM) - Experience with co-branded or digital front door deployments in health system patient experience - Early-stage startup sales experience as one of the first sellers in a vertical
