Wonderful is seeking a Vertical Product Manager to own the company's solutions for telecom, media, and technology verticals—including mobile and broadband operators, streaming and media brands, and technology platforms. This is a strategic role focused on building repeatable, productized solutions that solve specific business problems and can be sold and deployed across multiple countries. You will transform field experience into a catalog of AI agent solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting and deployment teams can take to production faster with each iteration. The role spans the full product lifecycle: from identifying high-value repeatable solutions based on existing customer work and market research, to converting one-off customer needs into productized offerings, to owning go-to-market strategy including demos, pricing, business cases, and reference deployments. Key responsibilities include: - Driving product vision, strategy, and roadmap for telco, media, and technology solutions - Identifying and prioritizing the highest-value repeatable solutions using field input and market research - Converting customer needs into productized solutions in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D - Owning the complete go-to-market offering (demos, pricing, business cases, reference deployments) to win deals in pre-sale - Partnering with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement, and senior buyer conversations - Building deep understanding of operator and subscription economics, buyer needs, regulation, and competitors - Ensuring solutions work at operator scale: peak events, low-latency voice, proactive outbound, multi-language support - Owning market rollout strategy—which countries enter first, what changes are needed per market, how to grow penetration - Leading a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production - Defining and tracking metrics that demonstrate solution success - Operating independently, thinking strategically, and communicating clearly with executive and technical audiences These are subscription businesses where AI agents are part of the commercial relationship, not just support tools. They handle subscriber activation, proactive problem resolution, and retention at volumes and peak loads that most industries never encounter, making scale and latency core product concerns. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of product management, solutions, or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software - Experience building products for telecom operators, media, or subscription businesses, or technology platforms, or working inside one of these industries - Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales - Experience working closely with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams - Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives - AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows ADVANTAGES: - Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products, or workflow automation - Experience in pre-sales, solutions, or forward-deployed roles - Knowledge of core telco and media processes and systems (billing, charging, provisioning, activation, number porting, identity, technical support, subscription, retention) - Experience with products that handle peak load or operate in multiple languages simultaneously - Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup
