Wonderful is seeking a Vertical Product Manager to own the company's retail solutions across apparel and beauty, grocery and big box, home and DIY, marketplaces, and consumer services. This is a foundational role that will transform field experience into a repeatable, scalable catalog of retail-focused AI agent solutions. You will drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for retail solutions, working to identify the highest-value repeatable use cases from existing customer deployments and market research. Your core responsibility is converting one-off customer builds into productized solutions that sales can pitch from day one and deployment teams can execute faster with each iteration. Key responsibilities include: - Developing the full go-to-market strategy for each solution, including demos, pricing, business cases, and reference deployments to win deals in pre-sale - Building deep expertise in retail and e-commerce operations, buyer needs, seasonality, and competitive landscape to shape product priorities - Designing solutions that drive both cost savings and revenue impact, with measurable attribution so retail commercial teams accept the numbers - Owning market rollout strategy: determining which countries enter first, what adaptations each market requires, and how to grow penetration globally - Leading cross-functional teams of engineers and designers from discovery through production while maintaining team health - Partnering with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D, and marketing to execute strategy - Defining and tracking metrics that demonstrate solution success and communicating progress to leadership The role emphasizes that retail agents are uniquely judged on revenue impact, not just cost reduction. Solutions must prove both operational efficiency and revenue generation—the same agent tracking orders can also help shoppers find products, recover abandoned baskets, or handle store phone calls in the brand's own voice. Requirements: - 5+ years of product management, solutions, or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software - Experience building products for retailers, marketplaces, or consumer brands, or working inside one - Track record taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales - Experience working closely with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams - Demonstrated ability to present to and influence senior executives - AI-native PM skills: proven ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows Advantages: - Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products, or workflow automation - Background in pre-sales, solutions, or forward-deployed roles - Knowledge of core retail processes and systems (order management, returns, product catalog, search, loyalty, store operations) - Experience with revenue-side programs (product discovery, recommendations, basket recovery, win-back campaigns) - Experience working across multiple countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup
