Wonderful is seeking a Vertical Product Manager to own the company's financial services solutions across retail and commercial banking, digital banks, and insurance. This is a foundational role that will transform field-built AI agents into a repeatable, productized catalog that sales can pitch from day one and deployment teams can scale across every market.
You will drive the complete product vision, strategy, and roadmap for financial services solutions. Your responsibilities include identifying high-value repeatable solutions from existing customer work and field input, converting one-off customer builds into productized offerings in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D, and owning the full go-to-market including demos, pricing, business cases, and reference deployments.
You will partner closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, sales, and marketing to position solutions to senior banking and insurance buyers. A critical part of this role is setting the accuracy, explainability, audit, and escalation standards required by regulated financial institutions—working with R&D, security, and legal to ensure solutions move from pilot to production. You will own market rollout strategy for each solution, determining which countries enter first, what localization is needed, and how to grow penetration globally.
You will lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery through production while maintaining team health, define and track metrics that demonstrate solution success, and communicate progress to leadership. The role demands independent thinking, strategic vision, and clear communication with both executive and technical audiences.
Financial services conversations occur at high-stakes moments—mortgage decisions, disputed charges, lost cards, accident claims—where accuracy, explainability, auditability, and local regulatory compliance are non-negotiable.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of product management, solutions, or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software
- Experience building products for banks, insurers, or other financial institutions, or working inside one
- Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales
- Experience working closely with engineering, sales, and customer-facing teams
- Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives
- AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows
