Vensure Employer Solutions, the largest privately held HR technology and services organization, is seeking an Innovation Project Manager to oversee project management and business analytics for key enterprise-wide change initiatives. You will serve as the central coordinator for complex, multi-departmental projects, ensuring alignment across sponsors, stakeholders, and execution teams. Key responsibilities include: - Align project sponsors and stakeholders on objectives, scope, milestones, and timelines using standardized project framing exercises - Identify and engage all relevant project stakeholders to ensure informed participation - Guide project teams in Agile SDLC practices and coach adherence to methodology - Develop and maintain detailed project plans in Smartsheet with discrete tasks, assigned owners, due dates, and dependencies - Communicate task ownership and secure buy-in from team members; manage scope changes via change control - Facilitate multi-department meetings, drive consensus, and escalate emerging needs and decisions to senior management - Act as the communication liaison between project teams and leadership for status updates, issue escalations, and key decisions - Track and mitigate RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies); remove obstacles and escalate blockers - Build tools and leverage AI coding applications to enhance day-to-day project management efficiency - Utilize MS Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Smartsheet, and other collaboration tools You will work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple concurrent initiatives, coordinating across the enterprise, and maintaining accountability for project progress against priorities. The role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to communicate effectively with all organizational levels, and comfort working alongside senior leaders. Requirements: - 7+ years of corporate experience - 3+ years of project management experience - Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred - Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Scrum Master experience preferred - Bachelor's degree or higher preferred - Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook) - Experience with Smartsheet, MS Project, or similar project scheduling tools - Demonstrated experience managing projects in an Agile-Scrum SDLC environment - Experience leveraging AI to augment and enhance daily work activities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Strong organizational and meeting facilitation abilities - Analytical and problem-solving capabilities - Ability to prioritize effectively in high-pressure environments - Ability to facilitate consensus on unfamiliar topics - Comfort collaborating with senior leadership - Self-starter with strong personal accountability - Patience and courteous professional demeanor
