Parloa is an enterprise-grade conversational AI platform that has powered over one billion customer interactions for global brands including Booking.com, HealthEquity, Allianz, SAP, and TUI. The company is backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, EQT Ventures, and Altimeter Capital.
As Senior Program Manager, Product & GTM Programs, you will serve as the critical connection point between Parloa's GTM organization and Product & Engineering teams. You will run complex, cross-functional programs end to end, owning the full lifecycle from alignment through execution and customer impact.
Key responsibilities include:
**GTM to Product & Engineering Interface:** Act as the primary liaison for customer-impacting changes, bringing both sides together early to align on customer and partner implications. Determine which internal teams (Engagement Managers, Sales, Solution Engineering, Partnerships, Product Marketing) need enablement and support.
**Program Orchestration:** Serve as the single coordination point across Product, Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Engagement Managers. You will steer cross-functional kickoffs, maintain cadence, and hold functional owners accountable to commitments, including escalation and re-sequencing when necessary.
**Communication Sequencing:** Design coordinated customer and partner communication plans to ensure a single, coherent channel rather than fragmented messaging. Collect early customer and field feedback before issues escalate.
**Execution and Accountability:** Track progress against plan, enforce deadlines, own escalation management end to end, and report to senior leadership with visibility into risk early rather than late.
**Building the Discipline:** Define and measure success metrics for each program, run retrospectives that drive process improvement, and build playbooks, SOPs, and governance cadence that make the function sustainable.
This is a high-ownership role with significant accountability for outcomes. Programs carry hard cutoffs and material revenue impact. You will operate without formal authority, building systems and processes that outlast your tenure.
**Requirements:**
- 5–7+ years in program or project management, owning complex cross-functional programs end to end (not workstreams within someone else's program)
- Experience as the connective tissue between technical and commercial teams, translating in both directions
- Technical fluency in enterprise software platforms; ability to assess customer impact without repeated engineering explanation
- Proven ability to hold teams to deadlines without formal authority; comfort making judgment calls
- Track record of building or fixing processes that outlived your tenure
- Energized by ambiguity; ability to build playbooks while executing plays simultaneously
- Exceptional written communication skills, equally strong in technical detail and executive narrative
