goTenna, a leading mobile mesh networking company and subsidiary of Forterra, is seeking a USMC Growth Lead to drive strategic expansion within the US Marine Corps. This hybrid role based in Fairfax, VA combines business development, account management, and strategic growth execution to transform USMC communication and tactical system needs into funded programs and sustainable revenue. You will own the end-to-end growth strategy for the USMC customer segment, from initial engagement through enterprise program adoption. Key responsibilities include designing and executing comprehensive growth strategies by identifying market opportunities and high-value customer segments; leading capture strategies that generate, qualify, and win new opportunities; shaping customer requirements through stakeholder engagement; building compelling capture plans; and consistently achieving bookings and revenue targets. You will manage strategic account relationships, ensure customer success and adoption, identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts, and serve as the primary liaison between USMC stakeholders and internal cross-functional teams. Your role requires navigating complex government acquisition processes, influencing requirements, and securing near-term wins that establish credibility while positioning the company for larger strategic opportunities. Success demands combining strategic thinking with analytical rigor and deep customer insight. You will influence requirements, navigate funding and acquisition processes, and lead customer, partner, and cross-functional engagement. The ideal candidate balances long-term vision with relentless execution, seeing beyond immediate opportunities to define sustainable customer success and building the path to achieve it. Travel up to 50% is required for this role to support customer engagement and program execution.
