Forward Networks is seeking a Senior UI Engineer to join the Apps Team in Bengaluru. Forward was founded in 2013 by Stanford Ph.D.s and has built the industry's first network digital twin—a mathematically accurate model of production networks that enables autonomous networking. The platform allows engineers and AI agents to understand the impact of every change before it touches production.

In this role, you will work on the frontend of Forward's platform, which transforms how teams run and secure networks across every major cloud and vendor environment. You'll be responsible for building high-quality, well-tested user interfaces that help customers visualize and interact with their network digital twins.
Required qualifications include 5+ years of professional front-end engineering experience, ability to write high-quality unit-tested JavaScript, comfort debugging and profiling web apps with browser dev tools, and a strong care for code quality, user experience, and visual design.
Nice-to-have skills include mastery of CSS and HTML fundamentals, familiarity with modern CSS layout standards (flexbox, grid), comfort working with Web APIs and the DOM, experience building single-page applications with React, Angular, or Vue, a strong eye for visual design, knowledge of interaction design and information architecture patterns, experience designing and integrating REST APIs, and comfort with version control and CI/CD workflows. Experience in the networking domain is a plus but not required.
This is a full-time, in-office position based in Bangalore, India.
