- Building and running Trust & Safety's intake process for partner teams
You will partner closely with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Compliance, and report to leadership on program delivery.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years in program or technical program management, including 3+ years in trust and safety, risk, integrity, responsible gaming, fraud, or compliance at a regulated platform
- Demonstrated experience running a launch risk-review process that product teams used, with ability to name launches it stopped or changed
- Led or run the program side of a live incident with user harm or regulatory exposure
- Prepared evidence for a regulator, auditor, or exam; turned a regulatory obligation into a control or procedure
- Built a program at a company that had none
- Taken a vendor or partner from pilot to contract
