Buildots is an AI-powered construction intelligence platform that compares schedules and BIM models against site reality to unlock operational excellence. The platform is trusted by Fortune 500 contractors and owners including Turner Construction, JE Dunn, Intel, STO Building Group, and Mortenson. You will serve as the primary relationship owner and day-to-day point of contact for Buildots' largest client projects across Texas and the Central US. This role combines customer success, technical implementation, and field operations expertise. You will guide client teams through platform adoption, support site operations, and ensure Buildots is effectively integrated into project workflows. Key responsibilities include: - Lead full platform implementation from onboarding and training through deep workflow integration - Serve as the primary relationship owner for select major client projects - Proactively identify ways to maximize client value and make Buildots central to their operations - Partner with internal project managers to configure the platform for each project's unique complexities - Gather on-the-ground insights from clients and feed them to the product team to shape the roadmap - Ensure clients not only use the platform but succeed with it This position requires 80% travel across Texas and the Central US. The ideal candidate lives within 30 miles of major airports in Austin, Dallas, or Houston. The role is based in El Paso, Dallas, Houston, or other Texas locations depending on candidate preference. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years in construction as a Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Engineer - Experience on large-scale commercial or mission-critical construction projects - Self-starter who identifies problems, owns them, and solves them independently - Comfortable both on job sites (in hard hat) and presenting to senior stakeholders - Fast learner who picks up new tools quickly and communicates complex ideas clearly - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build positive relationships across all levels - Genuine enthusiasm for technology's impact on construction (not just curiosity) - Energized by travel and being on-site where work happens - Ability to turn data and feedback into actionable insights PREFERRED: - Construction mission-critical experience (data centers, aviation, healthcare) - Superintendent experience leading process and/or technology implementation on complex projects - VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) Manager experience
