As Travel Sales Lead, you will own the full sales cycle end-to-end for the travel vertical, including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and closing new enterprise accounts. You will build and execute account plans targeting airlines, online travel agencies (OTAs), hospitality groups, and travel platforms, engaging multiple stakeholders up to C-level (CFO, VP of Payments, Head of Digital/E-commerce). Key responsibilities include: - New business acquisition and quota attainment for assigned annual revenue targets in the travel vertical - Consultative selling focused on travel-specific payment needs: payment orchestration, multi-currency and cross-border processing, approval-rate optimization, fraud reduction, alternative payment methods, and checkout conversion - Account growth and retention through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing travel accounts - Pipeline management: building and maintaining a healthy pipeline, accurately managing opportunities, ACV/TCV, and forecasting in the CRM - Market and competitive intelligence: monitoring travel-industry and payments trends, competitors, and regulatory shifts - Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, product, solutions engineering, and customer success teams - Executive reporting on pipeline health, forecasts, and strategic wins - Ensuring compliance with payments and travel-industry regulations and ethical sales practices You will join a multicultural, distributed team throughout LATAM with access to best-in-class tools and technology.
