Pencil is an advertising technology SaaS company using Generative AI to redefine content creation. You will be the strategic and technical owner of transformation engagements for a defined set of enterprise accounts, serving as the most informed voice on what Pencil should deliver and how the work gets executed. You will own the full transformation narrative and strategic plan for each client engagement. This includes setting the transformation thesis, co-designing recommendations with Forward Deployed Engineers and Creative Leads, and leading clients through enterprise-wide change to ensure AI adoption moves beyond pilot projects into integrated, production workflows. You'll navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, identify blockers and champions, and engineer the organizational buy-in required for scaled adoption. Key responsibilities include: structuring ambiguous client problems into clear hypotheses and sequenced decisions; designing repeatable AI processes that client teams can execute confidently; acting as the voice of the customer internally, feeding product insights back to engineering; and codifying successful engagements into repeatable Transformation Blueprints that sharpen the playbook for future work. You'll measure success by enterprise adoption depth/breadth, time-to-value, quality of transformation narrative execution, product feedback impact, and blueprint contribution. You're expected to be hands-on with the Pencil platform, configurable with AI agents, and capable of holding technical conversations with client engineers about their stack. The role requires 5+ years in consulting, in-house transformation, programme management, or enterprise tech implementation, with strong quantitative/analytical background (STEM, economics, engineering, business). You should be AI-native, tech-fluent, confident with senior stakeholders, and comfortable with ambiguity and change. Marketing or advertising experience is helpful but not required.
