Zscaler is seeking a Transformation Architect to join the Emerging Markets team, reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Engineering in Commercial Americas. This is a remote role based in Mexico.
You will drive customer engagement and solution design, providing technical leadership and expertise for Zero Trust architecture deployment design and optimization. Your responsibilities include designing and implementing Zero Trust architectures, gathering requirements and evaluating existing systems, and mentoring team members across the organization.

Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of industry experience in Networking and Cybersecurity, an advanced degree or equivalent in technical domains supported by advanced certifications (CCIE, CISSP, or similar), deep knowledge of NIST Zero Trust Architecture and applicable regulations, and comprehensive understanding of complex networking and security environments across on-prem, hybrid, and cloud infrastructures. You should demonstrate curiosity and active exploration of AI tools with a proven history of integrating new technologies.
Preferred qualifications include expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience with SD-WAN and SASE; a proven track record supporting high-velocity sales cycles and driving revenue; and knowledge and passion for AI technologies and their transformative potential in cybersecurity.
