AccuRx is a healthcare technology platform solving productivity challenges across the NHS. The company has built an all-in-one digital toolkit used by 98% of GP practices and 68% of NHS Trusts, with products including Total Triage, Self-Book, Patient Questionnaires, Accumail, and Accurx Scribe (an AI-powered note-taker). The Transformation team works directly with NHS clients—Acute Trusts, Community Mental Health Trusts, GP Practices, and Integrated Care Boards—to deliver transformation projects and pilots that maximize the impact of the Accurx platform. As a Transformation Analyst, you will: - Lead small to medium-scale pilots for products like Scribe, Patient Triage, and Neighbourhoods, managing the full lifecycle from planning and onboarding through progress tracking, outcome evaluation, and building evidence for wider adoption. - Develop trusted relationships with NHS teams, serving as a reliable point of contact throughout delivery while supporting Managers and Senior Managers on more complex and strategic initiatives. - Deliver engaging product demos and training, create user-friendly resources, and help NHS teams confidently adopt Accurx products and embed them into daily workflows. - Capture frontline feedback, understand user pain points, and analyze pilot outcomes to surface insights that improve transformation delivery, inform product development, and support future rollouts. - Contribute to scaling the Transformation function by sharing learnings, developing playbooks and best practices, and collaborating across AccuRx to turn successful approaches into repeatable delivery models. You will work in a hybrid model: office-first culture with 3 days per week in the Shoreditch office (core hours 10am–4pm), plus flexibility to work remotely up to 4 weeks per year. REQUIREMENTS: - Stakeholder Management: Confident communicator who builds strong relationships and adapts communication style to different audiences. - Professional Experience: Some experience in a professional environment through internships, graduate roles, placements, volunteering, or work in project delivery, consulting, or healthcare. - Project Management: Highly organized, able to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track. - Structured Problem Solving: Curious, able to get to the root of problems, and comfortable bringing structure to unfamiliar challenges. - Data Analysis: Comfortable using data to identify insights, with experience in tools such as Excel and eagerness to develop further. - Supporting Change: Excited to help teams adopt new ways of working through training, resources, and effective project delivery. - NHS & Healthcare Interest: Interested in the NHS and curious about how technology can improve care delivery. - Collaboration & Learning: Collaborative team player who contributes ideas, seeks feedback, and is motivated to learn and develop.
