Digitail is building an all-in-one operating system for animal hospitals, helping veterinary teams manage client communication, patient data, medical records, scheduling, and billing. The company is backed by Gradient Ventures (Google's AI fund), byFounders, Partech, New Normal, and Atomico.
As Training Specialist, you will design and deliver comprehensive training programs for both customers and internal teams. You'll build scalable learning paths (live, self-paced, and hybrid formats) tailored to different veterinary roles including DVMs, veterinary technicians, client service representatives, and practice managers. You'll own the full training lifecycle: designing curricula, documenting playbooks and facilitator guides, delivering engaging virtual and in-person sessions at clinics, and continuously refining programs based on feedback and adoption data.
You'll act as the subject matter expert for the product, leading training on new feature rollouts and workflow updates. You'll coach internal teams through train-the-trainer programs to scale training capacity across the organization. Collaboration is key—you'll partner with Product, Data, and Customer Success teams to ensure training aligns with product capabilities and customer needs. You'll also participate in new product launch projects to ensure training is developed in parallel with product releases.
The role offers the opportunity to shape how veterinary professionals adopt technology that improves patient care and practice efficiency. You'll work with a mission-driven, remote-friendly team scaling globally.

- Strong technical aptitude—able to quickly learn, teach, and troubleshoot software workflows
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills; ability to make complex topics engaging and clear
- Experience using LMS tools and measuring training success with data
- Comfort delivering training both virtually and on-site at clinics
