As Global Clinician Education Lead, you will own the end-to-end clinician education function across all markets. This is a builder role where you will design and establish the global clinician curriculum, competency framework, and education team from the ground up.
Key responsibilities include:
- Design and own the global clinician curriculum spanning onboarding through expert practice, with local adaptation only where regulation requires it
- Define the clinician competency framework and readiness gates that determine when clinicians are ready to work unsupervised
- Own the clinician debrief program, including how results and uncertainty are communicated to members
- Train clinicians on all new or updated protocols and product changes, verifying comprehension and application
- Teach clinicians to work effectively alongside Neko's AI-supported workflow, leveraging AI to accelerate education development while maintaining clinical review
- Prepare clinic leads to conduct competency and performance conversations with confidence, in partnership with the Global Operator Education Lead
- Lead market educators and launch trainers across all markets, maintaining one consistent standard globally
- Sign off on clinical accuracy for all clinician-facing content before publication
You will work in a warm, direct, and curious manner, building trust across cultures and clinical traditions, surfacing problems early, and maintaining high standards while staying connected to the educators and clinicians doing the work.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Registered healthcare professional with current registration and 5+ years of post-registration clinical experience
- 3+ years designing and delivering clinical education end-to-end, including ownership of curriculum, competency framework, and outcome data
- 3+ years building competency-based assessment, where readiness is judged against criteria rather than attendance
- 3+ years leading or coaching clinical educators or trainers, holding a consistent standard across multiple sites
- 3+ years translating complex clinical and product information into clear, accurate learning content
- 1+ year using AI tools in your own work, with a considered view on where human review is required; confident using outcome data to improve programs
NICE TO HAVE:
- Experience in health technology, digital health, or medical devices where products change rapidly and training must keep pace
- Experience building education across multiple countries, including navigating local regulatory requirements
- Familiarity with learning management systems and simulation or authoring tools
