Salary: USD 192,885 - 289,380 / annual
STOKE Space is building Nova, a fully reusable launch vehicle designed for daily flight to radically lower space launch costs and increase flight cadence. Boltline by Stoke Space is a commercial software platform that helps advanced hardware manufacturing teams integrate, track, iterate, build, and test efficiently.
As a Technical Program Manager on the Boltline Integration & Implementation team, you will sit at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer success, driving end-to-end integration projects and guiding customers through successful implementations of Boltline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end technical scoping, planning, and delivery of integrations between Boltline and customer ERP systems (e.g., SyteLine, JAMIS, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and PLM/PDM systems (e.g., Teamcenter, Windchill, Solidworks PDM)
- Define data mapping, API contracts, and sync logic between Boltline and external systems, working closely with Engineering teams
- Identify and resolve data integrity, latency, and error-handling issues across integrations
- Manage timelines, dependencies, and risk across concurrent integration projects
- Document integration architecture and maintain guides and runbooks for integrations
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customer IT teams and implementation partners
- Create and manage relationships including NDAs and SOWs
- Coordinate with vendors and customer engineering teams to align on technical requirements
- Mentor team members and guide cross-functional workstreams
This role is ideal for a seasoned TPM who is comfortable translating between technical systems and business stakeholders, driving multiple complex cross-functional workstreams simultaneously, and mentoring others. You should be able to dive deep into technical details and business requirements while coordinating communication at all levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Program Manager managing complex integration projects
- Strong background translating between technical systems and business stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SyteLine, JAMIS, Acumatica, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics) and/or PLM/PDM systems (Teamcenter, Windchill, Solidworks PDM)
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with complex dependencies
- Experience with data mapping, API contracts, and integration architecture
- Ability to mentor and guide cross-functional teams
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- ITAR Compliance: Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State
