Beam Organics is scaling its TikTok Shop operation and seeking an Affiliate Manager to drive creator-led sales growth. You'll own the full affiliate program lifecycle—from strategy and creator recruitment through activation, retention, and performance optimization. This is a relationship-intensive, metrics-driven role requiring equal comfort with deal negotiation and data analysis.
Key responsibilities include: building and scaling Beam's TikTok Shop affiliate network through targeted outreach and onboarding; identifying, pitching, and maintaining relationships with high-performing creators; sourcing and prioritizing products for promotion; negotiating commission structures and brand/sample deals; designing commission and incentive programs that maximize creator-driven GMV while protecting margins; tracking affiliate performance (GMV, active creators, conversion, content output) and reporting weekly insights; and coordinating cross-functionally with live operations, content teams, and the TikTok Shop agency.
You'll report to the TikTok Shop lead and work day-to-day with the live operations team, agency partners, and freelance creators. The hybrid structure (2-3 days/week in Boston or New York) enables real-time collaboration on time-sensitive creator and brand conversations.
Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in affiliate marketing, influencer partnerships, creator economy, or social commerce roles—ideally with hands-on TikTok Shop, Amazon Influencer, or similar creator-commerce platform experience. You understand TikTok as a platform, know what drives creator engagement and sales in short-form and live formats, and have a proven track record of building revenue-generating relationships. You're comfortable reading GMV and commission dashboards, spotting trends, and making data-informed decisions. Strong organizational skills, self-motivation, and thriving in fast-paced, ambiguous, build-from-scratch environments are essential.
