As a Licensed Therapist, you will deliver evidence-based family, individual, and group therapy for eating disorders and comorbid conditions in a fully virtual telehealth setting. You'll work closely with a multidisciplinary care team including physicians, dietitians, peer mentors, and family mentors. Your responsibilities include implementing Family-Based Treatment (FBT), Enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT-E), and CBT for ARFID across patients of all ages and backgrounds.
You will maintain a caseload of 30-40 patients, with 20-26 hours of direct care weekly and remaining time for administrative tasks. You'll participate in initial and ongoing trainings, assess and diagnose mental health conditions, collaborate in treatment team meetings and supervision, and use between-session messaging through Equip's EMR to support patients and coordinate care.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-8pm in your patient care time zone. You must provide 30 hours weekly availability for direct patient care, commit to a minimum of 16 hours after 2pm (3pm Mountain Time), and work until 8pm two evenings per week of your choosing. You'll attend mandatory group supervision, treatment huddles, labs, all-hands meetings, and individual supervision.
Equip emphasizes provider well-being with Flex PTO (3-5 weeks recommended), 11 paid company holidays, an Employee Assistance Program, and company-paid mental health benefits through Spring Health. The company is fully remote since inception and maintains a diverse, engaged culture.
