As a Test and Deployment Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for bringing Boxbot's machines from initial power-on through live operation at customer sites. Your core responsibilities include:
- Bringing up and qualifying new systems in the shop environment, ensuring all components function correctly before deployment
- Leading installation, commissioning, and acceptance testing at customer sites
- Serving as the primary technical contact for customers during deployment phases
- Leading troubleshooting efforts when issues arise onsite, working collaboratively with customers and internal teams
- Ensuring systems meet performance specifications and customer requirements
This role bridges engineering and customer success, requiring both deep technical knowledge of the systems and strong communication skills. You'll work hands-on with hardware, software, and field operations, gaining exposure to the full lifecycle of automated storage solutions.
