Salary: USD 150,000 - 160,000 / annual
Banyan Software is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive new business growth for O.R. TRAX, a healthcare SaaS platform that transforms how hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers manage vendor credentialing and surgical scheduling through its iBadge technology.
In this highly autonomous, field-focused role, you will own a defined territory end-to-end, responsible for prospecting, pipeline development, closing deals, and building long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations. You will build and expand a book of business across hospitals, health systems, and ambulatory surgery centers, engaging key stakeholders including OR administrators, perioperative leaders, clinical directors, and materials management teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning territory growth and new business development through prospecting and networking
- Leading consultative sales cycles by identifying client pain points and positioning tailored solutions
- Conducting compelling product demonstrations that communicate value and drive customer interest
- Closing deals and expanding accounts through the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract execution
- Representing the brand at healthcare events, trade shows, and industry forums
- Partnering cross-functionally with implementation and support teams to ensure successful onboarding
- Managing pipeline, forecasting, and sales metrics to support revenue targets
You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, build strong relationships with clinical and operational leaders, and consistently exceed revenue targets. This role requires strong consultative skills, the ability to navigate complex healthcare environments, and a proactive, self-driven approach to territory management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in healthcare sales (SaaS, healthcare technology, or medical device sales) with a proven track record of exceeding quotas
- Demonstrated success selling into hospitals, health systems, and/or ambulatory surgery centers
- Strong relationship-building skills with ability to engage and influence clinical and operational stakeholders
- Proven consultative selling approach with ability to navigate complex healthcare buying environments
- Self-starter mindset with ability to operate independently and drive outcomes in high-growth environments
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience delivering product demos and executive-level conversations
- Ability to manage pipeline, forecasting, and sales metrics effectively
- Based in the Midwest with willingness to travel across territory
