Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Territory Manager for Shockwave Medical, a division focused on developing and commercializing Intravascular Lithotripsy (IVL) technology to treat complex calcified cardiovascular disease. This field-based role is responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction within an assigned territory in the Dallas area. You will develop and implement sales strategies to promote Shockwave products to hospital personnel and physicians. Key responsibilities include cold calling and prospecting to build relationships, meeting with interventional cardiologists and vascular surgeons to understand their needs, and educating customers on products through presentations and demonstrations. You will routinely attend procedures in hospital operating rooms to advise on product usage and gain clinical insights. The role requires attainment of assigned sales and revenue objectives, partnership with clinical, marketing, and R&D teams to identify opportunities, and maintenance of detailed reporting including sales summaries, expense reports, and account targeting. You will demonstrate in-depth product knowledge, speak clinically to physicians at a high level, and build solid customer relationships. The position requires compliance with corporate compliance, FDA, and medical device quality standards while maintaining ethical and professional representation of the company. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience - Minimum 2 years' territory manager experience in hospital-based life sciences (cardiovascular preferred), OR 3 years' cardiovascular or interventional sales support experience - Successful sales experience in catheter technology with occlusive vascular disease, endovascular, atherectomy, stent, or coronary sales experience (peripheral influence preferred but not required) - Ability to meet and exceed assigned sales plan on quarterly and annual basis - Capable of independently managing time, resources, and budget within assigned territory - Establishes and maintains relationships with customers, hospitals, and physicians - Ability to work in fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities - Must not be debarred by FDA for work in medical device business - Valid driver's license required - Ability to sit for prolonged periods (more than 2 consecutive hours in 8-hour day) - May be required to lift objects up to 25 lbs or more
