Ocrolus is an AI-powered fintech platform that helps lenders automate workflows and make faster, more accurate lending decisions. The company processes nearly one million credit applications monthly and is trusted by 400+ customers including Better Mortgage, Brex, SoFi, and Square.
As a TechOps Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the organization's technical infrastructure to ensure stability, reliability, and optimal performance. Your primary focus will be on system monitoring, incident response, and infrastructure management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Monitor and troubleshoot systems, networks, and applications to ensure optimal performance and high availability
- Proactively identify and resolve technical issues, incidents, and outages to minimize downtime
- Perform system administration tasks including server configuration, maintenance, and upgrades
- Conduct software and asset inventory audits to protect infrastructure and data
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers on technical issue resolution
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and processes to improve system performance and scalability
You bring 3-5 years of IT engineering experience with strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. You have hands-on experience with ticketing systems (Jira), networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, servers), and SaaS applications (Google Workspace, Jumpcloud, Cloudflare). You're proficient in Windows and Linux environments with scripting capabilities, and possess strong knowledge of systems administration and IT infrastructure. You're comfortable working rotational shifts to provide 24/7 support. Cloud platform experience (AWS, GCP) and familiarity with CCTV/biometrics are valued additions.
