In this Hardware Integration Technician role based in Lille, you will contribute to the design and integration of automated logistics solutions in close collaboration with engineers and project teams. You will play a key role in translating customer needs into concrete, optimized, and deployable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
**Design Technical Solutions:** Conduct technical studies and create layout plans for automated logistics systems. Translate functional specifications and simulation results into detailed, implementable technical solutions. Design coherent and optimized layouts while accounting for technical constraints, logistics considerations, and customer requirements.
**Produce Technical Documentation:** Develop technical drawings, bills of materials, technical specifications, and installation instructions. Ensure quality, precision, and compliance of all documentation produced.
**Support Project Integration:** Collaborate closely with engineers and project teams throughout design and integration phases. Provide technical support to ensure project success. Participate in continuous improvement of work methods, standards, and integration tools.
**Optimize Solutions:** Balance cost, quality, performance, and ease of implementation. Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and installation constraints. Travel to European customer sites approximately once per month as needed for projects.

**Requirements:**
- 2–3 years of experience in an industrial environment, engineering office, automation, automated logistics, or systems integration
- Technical training in mechanics, industrial engineering, automation, electromechanics, or similar field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and comfort reading and creating technical drawings
- Ability to analyze specifications and translate them into concrete technical solutions
- Good understanding of industrial environments and their installation constraints
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluency in English (working language in an international context)
