Salary: USD 69,000 - 107,000 / annual

The Technical Success team plays a critical role in helping clients maximize platform value well beyond initial implementation. As a Technical Success Engineer, you will serve as an extension of clients' operational teams, embedding Addepar expertise directly into their day-to-day workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and strategic insight. You will work in partnership with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, Support Analysts, and Product Managers to optimize clients' overall experience and identify areas for R&D investment. You will focus on unlocking significant value for clients' businesses and regularly call on deep analytical skills to advise clients on how to model and examine their financial instruments and assets. Key responsibilities include: - Apply technical and industry expertise to design and implement scalable, best-practice solutions within Addepar environments, delivering with speed, precision, and commitment to quality - Deliver high-impact outcomes aligned to client goals, ensuring measurable value and satisfaction at every engagement milestone - Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across all aspects of the Addepar platform - Proactively identify and resolve technical risks before they escalate - Drive proactive, transparent communication with stakeholders across internal and external teams - Communicate project health, risks, and milestones to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence - Foster strong client relationships grounded in trust, consistent delivery, and genuine commitment to their success - Collaborate closely with Account Executives, Client Success Managers, and Support Leads to build sustainable success models - Partner with Product and R&D teams to surface client insights that inform scalable tooling and reduce client dependence on premium services - Identify and implement opportunities to optimize internal processes, tools, and engagement models as the client base scales - Develop repeatable methodologies, pre-configured templates, and process improvements to reduce project complexity and compress timelines - Build tools, scripts, and automations that eliminate manual work and increase throughput You will combine a deep understanding of finance and technology with an unrelenting sense of urgency, meticulous attention to detail, and an appetite to work cross-functionally to solve broad issues or product gaps. You will take full ownership of client outcomes, drive projects to completion with precision, and constantly push to learn more, build more, and deliver more. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Professional experience in Project Management, Financial Services, Professional Services, or Consulting; prior client-facing and financial services experience strongly preferred - Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills—you operate with urgency and hold yourself to the highest standard of follow-through - Understanding of historical data conversion methodologies and source systems, or related experience in professional services, client implementations, solution consulting, wealthtech, or prior Addepar platform exposure - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring current or future visa sponsorship NICE TO HAVE: - Previous experience in investment management software implementations - Experience using and implementing AI, specifically Claude Cowork - Capability to program or script, particularly in Python - Experience with data architecture, ETL processes, or reporting infrastructure - Passion for technology and finance that extends beyond the day job
