You will join the Supply Technical Solutions team in Ljubljana, reporting to the Supply Technical Solutions Team Lead. This team is responsible for driving omnichannel outcomes across the open internet by architecting and maintaining the technical foundations of programmatic and traditional supply.
In this role, you will act as a technical execution anchor delivering seamless programmatic and traditional supply integrations. Your core responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Innovation:**
- Architect technical best practices for successful implementation of programmatic and traditional supply across the platform
- Drive deep analytical insights using internal and external tools to optimize supply activity
**Execution & Delivery:**
- Resolve technical support tickets from the Supply Solutions queue, troubleshooting product issues before escalation
- Provide technical assistance to Account Managers and clients to facilitate effective troubleshooting
**Stakeholder Management:**
- Cultivate advisory relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver quality technical solutions
- Collaborate daily with global operations and business teams to solve complex market challenges at scale
**Required qualifications:**
- Proven technical background in businesses operating successful tech products
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience with REST API, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB protocols, and Postman
- SQL proficiency and fluent English with strong problem-solving ability
**Nice-to-have qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar discipline
- Experience with MySQL, BigQuery, Redash, and data-driven business insights
- Familiarity with Python scripting, APIs, and automation tools like n8n
- Understanding of system monitoring (Grafana) and production troubleshooting
- Experience with AI agents for process optimization
