You will join the Supply Technical Solutions team, reporting to the Supply Technical Solutions Team Lead. This role serves as the technical execution anchor for delivering seamless programmatic and traditional supply integrations. You'll be responsible for architecting technical best practices, driving deep analytical insights to optimize the supply ecosystem, and elevating customer experience.
Key responsibilities include: architecting technical best practices for successful implementation of programmatic and traditional supply; driving real insights through deep analysis using internal and external tools; scaling resolution of support tickets from the Supply Solutions queue with diligent troubleshooting before escalation; providing technical assistance to Account Managers and clients; and cultivating advisory relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required qualifications: proven technical background in businesses operating successful tech products; proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript; experience with REST APIs, HTTP, JSON, OpenRTB protocols, and Postman; SQL proficiency; and fluent English with strong problem-solving communication skills.
Nice-to-have qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in engineering or similar discipline; experience with MySQL, BigQuery, Redash, and data-driven business insights; Python scripting and automation tools (n8n); system monitoring (Grafana) and production troubleshooting; and AI agent utilization for process optimization.
