As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be the bridge between Dragonfly's technology and enterprise customer engineering teams, ensuring successful adoption and deployment. You will own the technical relationship with large, complex customers throughout the pre-sales and onboarding lifecycle. You'll communicate customer feedback to inform feature development and partner with go-to-market teams to refine technical messaging. This is a fast-paced startup role where you'll wear multiple hats, contribute to both customer success and company growth, and help shape the future of a product disrupting the database market. The team is distributed globally, and the company offers an annual offsite at a luxury hotel. REQUIREMENTS: - Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, and GCP (the big three cloud platforms) - Deep expertise in modern data infrastructure, database setups, and their impact on application performance, reliability, and cost - Hands-on experience with in-memory data store technologies and/or distributed systems - Proficiency in infrastructure management systems such as Docker and Terraform (a plus) - Proven experience in pre-sales, solutions engineering, or technical support roles working directly with customers - Deep customer empathy and passion for solving customer problems - Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (engineers to decision-makers) - Strong storytelling ability and track record of creating compelling technical content (blog posts, guides, white papers, conference talks) - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment wearing multiple hats
