Salary: USD 110,000 - 150,000 / annual
Snorkel AI is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead the day-to-day delivery of enterprise AI projects for Fortune 500 and large organizations. You will own end-to-end project execution—from planning and milestone tracking through risk management and customer reporting—for high-impact AI engagements involving agents, RAG systems, evaluation frameworks, knowledge bases, classification, and extraction.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining detailed project plans in Jira, leading project cadences and decision-making forums, identifying and mitigating risks and blockers early, maintaining accurate documentation as a source of truth, and serving as the trusted day-to-day customer contact for delivery progress and next steps. You will develop working technical fluency in AI concepts to ask informed questions and connect technical work to customer outcomes. You will also partner with Operations on project financials and help improve delivery standards and playbooks as the team scales.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project management, delivery coordination, or technical program management experience, ideally in professional services, consulting, or enterprise software. You should demonstrate a proven track record managing multiple workstreams, driving commitments to completion, and delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder-management skills are essential, particularly experience working directly with senior enterprise customers. You need technical aptitude and curiosity to quickly develop working knowledge of AI concepts. Proficiency with Jira and strong discipline around documentation and data accuracy are required. You should be comfortable operating in ambiguity, adapting as priorities evolve, and helping build repeatable processes in a fast-growing environment. Annual travel up to 15% is expected.
