Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 / annual
Funnel Leasing Inc. is seeking a Technical Project Manager, Corporate Systems to own end-to-end delivery of technology projects that support the business. This is a hybrid role requiring one day per week minimum in the Odessa, Florida headquarters, with flexibility to work remotely across the US otherwise.
You will serve as both project manager and hands-on technical resource, responsible for the full lifecycle of corporate systems projects: discovery, scoping, requirements gathering, configuration, integration, testing, launch, documentation, and adoption. Rather than handing off implementation, you own the outcome.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing corporate technology projects end-to-end with clear intake, prioritization, and status reporting
- Designing and building integrations between corporate systems using native connectors, APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms
- Configuring and administering corporate systems (ERP, HRIS, CRM, etc.) to meet business needs
- Automating manual processes like employee onboarding/offboarding and account provisioning
- Building operational dashboards and reporting that connect systems to the reporting layer
- Translating business requirements into system requirements and solution designs
- Ensuring compliance with change management, access control, and SOC 2 audit requirements
- Creating system documentation, integration diagrams, runbooks, and training materials
- Evaluating technology options and recommending solutions to stakeholders
- Providing escalated technical support for implemented systems and integrations
- Identifying opportunities to retire redundant tools and improve processes through better system design
- Liaising with security, DevOps, engineering, and data teams on technical standards alignment
You'll partner closely with the IT Manager on prioritization, technical standards, security, and compliance. The role may require irregular hours to support a distributed US workforce and complete implementation work outside business hours. Travel is less than 5%.
