The company builds AI and automation technology to streamline claims processing, addressing long-standing inefficiencies in the insurance claims industry. As Technical Integration Project Manager, you will coordinate cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams to ensure smooth execution of validation, onboarding, documentation, and setup phases. You'll serve as a strategic bridge between engineering, product, operations, and claims teams, driving efficient, high-quality product rollouts and customer implementations. Key responsibilities include: - Own and drive end-to-end integration projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication - Collaborate with engineering and product teams to understand technical requirements and validate projects involving RESTful APIs, cloud environments, and data migrations - Serve as primary liaison between technical and non-technical teams, translating complex concepts into actionable plans - Create and maintain clear documentation, playbooks, and integration guides for internal teams and external partners - Improve and scale onboarding frameworks to streamline implementation and reduce time-to-value - Proactively identify and resolve blockers, aligning cross-functional priorities - Own agile adoption and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making - Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring integrations deliver operational value and enhance user experience - Thrive in a fast-moving environment, adapting to change while driving clarity, structure, and accountability Requirements: - Proven experience with technical onboarding processes for SaaS platforms - Proficiency in creating documentation and integration guides for both technical and non-technical audiences - Familiarity with modern development practices, including RESTful APIs, data validation workflows, and integration testing - Strong ability to manage and deliver multiple complex projects on tight timelines - Ability to align priorities across teams (engineering, operations, claims) while identifying and mitigating roadblocks - Strong leadership skills to ensure team accountability and maintain project momentum - Passion for building intuitive technology and a thirst for learning - Ability to think through customer requirements and prioritize must-haves, nice-to-haves, and irrelevant features - Strong technical skillset with willingness and ability to take on tasks outside core competency - Highly motivated and growth-oriented, excited about driving production onboarding, usage, and adoption - Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously - Excellent cross-functional communication and ability to work with technical and non-technical teams - Eager to learn about the insurance claims industry and positively impact stakeholders
