Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The company develops Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that integrates thousands of data streams into a real-time 3D command and control center, bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking to military applications.
As a Business Operations professional in the Production organization, you will join a rapidly growing team responsible for end-to-end procurement, manufacturing, and hardware delivery. The Production BizOps team tackles the highest-priority operational challenges to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency.
You will be embedded across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Planning, Finance, Growth, HR, and other functions, working on both strategic initiatives with leadership exposure and scrappy operational improvements in complex production processes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning operational projects end-to-end from definition through solution to implementation, tackling ambiguous, messy problems with minimal prescription
- Working on operational challenges at the intersection of hardware and software systems, including inventory management, asset tracking, and manufacturing quality systems
- Addressing strategic problems by providing structure to ambiguity and shepherding cross-functional stakeholders toward decisions using first-principles thinking and rapid research
- Becoming intimately familiar with business systems (ERP, MRP, HRIS) and leveraging data to create insights and analytics using tools like Excel and Palantir Foundry
- Executing rapid analyses on short timelines while building scalable solutions for long-term success
- Project managing across many stakeholders and leading meetings with large groups
- Learning Anduril's business top-to-bottom through cross-functional interaction
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, internal operations, business analysis, or similar roles requiring problem-solving and execution
- Self-driven and relentlessly proactive; you move without needing direction

- Self-directed; you bring forward solutions and ideas, then iterate receptively with feedback
- Strong ability to build clear frameworks and structure problems in complex, messy environments

- Strong analytical aptitude; you think in terms of numbers and data models and execute analyses quickly in Excel or similar tools
- Comfortable communicating broadly to large groups and senior leadership
- Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities
