Cyera is seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead security programs and initiatives within the Office of the CISO and establish the project management function for the security team. You will own projects from scoping through launch and closure, collaborating closely with Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement, Legal, and the Tel Aviv team to drive strategic initiatives forward. Key responsibilities include: **Program & Project Delivery:** Lead security programs throughout their entire lifecycle, developing and maintaining detailed project roadmaps with clear milestones, task owners, and critical dependencies. Proactively identify and escalate risks, issues, and key decisions with actionable mitigation strategies. Drive execution by asking critical technical questions and pushing projects to completion rather than simply relaying status updates. **Cross-Functional Coordination:** Partner with Security, IT, Engineering, GRC, Procurement, and Legal to align priorities and remove blockers. Coordinate across US and Tel Aviv teams, including vendor and partner workstreams. Translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding. **Executive Reporting & Communication:** Provide the CISO and leadership with clear, current visibility into status, risks, and decisions required. Prepare concise updates, dashboards, and briefings. Read, understand, and accurately summarize technical documents and design materials. **Building the PM Function:** Define intake, prioritization, and tracking approaches for security work. Establish consistent planning and reporting cadence across the team. Create lightweight templates and standards for adoption. Help shape how the project management function scales over time. You will be instrumental in establishing operational rhythm and standardized workflows. While hands-on engineering is not required, you need sufficient technical grounding to actively participate in technical discussions and help structure strategic plans. This is a self-directed role requiring ownership and initiative.
