Applied Intuition is seeking a Technical Program Manager to drive execution of its global autonomous trucking programs. This is a hands-on execution role focused on owning program milestones end-to-end for strategic OEM customer engagements, leading new operational launches at new sites and routes, and keeping engineering, operations, and customer teams aligned against a single integrated plan.
Key responsibilities include: building and maintaining integrated schedules for Level 4 autonomy deployments, tracking cross-team dependencies, and holding the organization to committed dates. You will lead operational bring-ups for autonomous trucking operations, sequencing work across facilities, fleet, safety, engineering, and local operations through to first revenue miles. You will surface and resolve risks early, identifying gaps before they become schedule slips and driving blockers to resolution rather than escalating them.
You will be the source of truth on program status for both working teams and executives at Applied Intuition and at customer organizations, translating technical detail into actionable decisions for leadership. You will work directly with OEM customers and stakeholders to clarify requirements and unblock technical challenges across hardware, software, safety, and operations. You will implement scalable operating practices so that subsequent site launches become progressively faster and more efficient. You will also support business development by contributing to technical proposals, RFQ responses, and hosting technology demonstrations.
Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a STEM field or equivalent experience; 5+ years of program or project management experience on advanced software, robotics, or autonomous vehicle programs (ADAS or L4 autonomy) with ownership of hard external deadlines; demonstrated ownership of a program launch or operational bring-up from plan through steady state; track record running programs across distributed teams, sites, and time zones; ability to get deep into technical detail and challenge schedules; strong communication skills credible with both engineers and OEM executives; willingness to travel internationally.
Nice-to-have: direct L4 autonomy experience (particularly trucking/long-haul freight), commercial vehicle/logistics/fleet operations background, or experience working with OEM/Tier 1 customers on joint development programs.
