Anduril Industries is seeking a Technical Program Manager for Mission Operations to manage the execution, growth, and success of customer-facing deployments of advanced autonomous undersea vehicles. This role bridges engineering, logistics, and customer support teams, serving as the primary technical liaison for defense and commercial clients.
You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external clients, and industry partners to align objectives and secure buy-in for strategic initiatives. You'll act as the primary technical advocate for clients within the engineering organization, ensuring their feedback directly influences requirements generation. You will coordinate deployment of vehicle and support equipment to customer sites, manage incident response and after-action reviews, and use metrics to derive insights into system performance improvements.
Key responsibilities include translating strategic business goals into actionable project plans with clear milestones, overseeing hardware deployment to customer sites, and autonomously executing on broad and ambiguous requirements from external clients. You'll manage, unblock, and accelerate cross-team projects spanning hardware, product, and test operations. The role requires regular travel to support customer sites, ranges, and fleet locations (including overseas and shipboard) approximately 20-50% of the time.
You will operate in a fast-paced environment where small empowered teams move with urgency to deliver cutting-edge maritime capabilities from concept to deployment in months. The role emphasizes bias toward action, embracing ambiguity, and driving execution with minimal bureaucracy.

- Ability to translate system test, integration, and troubleshooting
- Understanding of government contract structure and reporting
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Exceptional communication skills
- Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Mission-first mindset with urgency; good enough today beats perfect next quarter
- Experience interfacing with DoD/USN customers
- Experience leading or executing product development of systems from TRL 3-8
- Currently possesses and able to maintain active U.S. Top Secret security clearance
