MISUMI Americas, a division of MISUMI Group, is seeking a Technical Program Manager – Manufacturing to lead cross-functional manufacturing programs in Santa Catarina, Mexico (Monterrey metro area). This is an on-site role supporting the delivery of high-quality custom mechanical parts for global customers. In this position, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned manufacturing projects, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, and within budget. You will lead end-to-end project execution from kickoff through production and delivery, developing detailed project plans aligned with customer requirements and company objectives. Key responsibilities include: coordinating between internal teams and external manufacturing partners; identifying project risks and implementing mitigation strategies; managing post-sale changes and technical problem-solving with quality and supplier teams; tracking key project metrics and providing clear status reporting; and contributing to continuous improvement of processes and compliance with quality management systems (QMS). Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, Tooling Design, or related technical field; 3–5 years of experience in CNC machining, injection molding, sheet metal, tooling, or OEM/contract manufacturing; 2–3 years in a project management role within manufacturing; experience in NPI/NPD and APQP within production environments; strong planning, scope management, and risk mitigation skills; and fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken). Preferred qualifications include PMP certification, experience with global customers or multicultural teams, strong understanding of quality systems and supplier management, and demonstrated problem-solving capability.
