Hadrian is building autonomous factories to reindustrialize America by combining AI, advanced software, robotics, and full-stack manufacturing to help aerospace and defense companies build rockets, satellites, aircraft, ships, and other mission-critical systems up to 10x faster and at significantly lower cost. The company recently raised $1.37B in Series D funding at a $7.87B valuation and is rapidly expanding manufacturing capabilities across welding, casting, forging, electronics, additive manufacturing, and more. As the Infrastructure Technical Program Manager, you will own cross-functional programs spanning capacity, reliability, identity, builder tools, and corporate IT. You will work with Infrastructure Engineering, IT, Security, and factory and engineering teams that depend on these systems. You will join a small TPM function that is still defining how it operates at Hadrian. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the capacity process from forecasting through ordering to provisioning across factories, offices, and engineering environments - Maturing the reliability program including incident management, root cause analysis reviews, and action item tracking across the company - Driving adoption of the builder tool suite that integrates AI into Hadrian's design, code review, and software shipping processes - Managing account, access, and device lifecycle as headcount and sites grow - Helping define what Technical Program Management means at Hadrian and leading by example You will be at the heart of platform initiatives that improve company operations, balancing long lead-time planning with company-wide strategic pivots. This role requires strong written communication favoring asynchronous updates, the ability to influence without direct authority across functions and teams, and comfort with ambiguity and minimal direction. QUALIFICATIONS: - 5+ years in technical program management, including several years owning infrastructure programs at domain scale rather than workstreams within a single team - Hands-on experience with hardware procurement and provisioning - Demonstrated ability to drive programs end-to-end from 0 → 1 as a complete owner, not just a facilitator - Strong written communication skills with preference for asynchronous updates over synchronous meetings - Ability to influence without authority across functions and teams both within and external to your domain - Ability to balance planning with long lead times against company-wide strategic pivots - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience - Willingness to travel for site walks and new location spin-ups - Preferred: Experience in mixed hardware/software environments such as aerospace, defense, automotive, semiconductor, or regulated high-precision manufacturing - Preferred: Technical fluency sufficient to influence design discussions in infrastructure domains (Kubernetes, networking, pipelines, etc.) - Preferred: Comfort with ambiguity and ability to use AI effectively without creating unnecessary work for stakeholders
