Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for its Autonomous Systems Command & Control (C2) team. In this role, you will serve as the operational engine behind engineering teams, partnering closely with developers to optimize development processes and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and stabilizing projects to maintain momentum and predictability
- Identifying and removing technical and organizational roadblocks that impede progress
- Anticipating customer needs and translating them into actionable engineering priorities
- Optimizing development workflows and scaling technical solutions across teams
- Freeing engineers to focus on core technical problems by handling process and coordination overhead
You will combine project management expertise with technical proficiency, process optimization skills, and strong execution capabilities. The ideal candidate is problem-focused, enjoys scaling solutions, and values the best idea regardless of its source. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting mission-critical autonomous systems and command & control platforms.
This is an in-office role based in New York, NY. The position offers the opportunity to work on Palantir's industry-leading data and operations platforms used by government and enterprise customers for high-stakes decision-making and autonomous systems management.
