Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Program Manager (TPM) for its Autonomous Systems Command & Control (C2) division. In this role, you will serve as the operational engine behind engineering teams, partnering closely with developers to optimize development processes and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality products.
Key responsibilities include:
- Tracking and stabilizing projects to maintain predictable delivery schedules
- Identifying and removing technical and organizational roadblocks that impede progress
- Anticipating customer needs and translating them into actionable engineering priorities
- Optimizing development workflows and scaling technical solutions across teams
