Sardine is a fintech platform specializing in fraud prevention, compliance, and risk infrastructure. The company serves enterprise clients including FIS, GoDaddy, Intuit, Edward Jones, ZoomInfo, and Checkout.com with an integrated agentic risk platform that unifies data across risk teams to stop fraud in real time and automate fraud and AML operations.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will own the integration project plan for complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise engagements at Sardine. You'll serve as the client's trusted point of contact throughout integration, managing milestone deliverables, dependencies, and implementation timelines in close coordination with the client. Your responsibilities include establishing RACI matrices and communication cadences, keeping Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams aligned on the critical path, and reporting honestly on slippage and root causes.
Key responsibilities:
- Own integration project plans for enterprise engagements, including deliverables, dependencies, and timelines
- Act as the primary client contact, communicating proactively, surfacing risks early, and deeply understanding client requirements
- Track client-specific product feature requests from intake through resolution, ensuring visibility and preventing stalls
- Establish clear RACI and roles/responsibilities upfront to ensure unambiguous accountability
- Manage structured communication across Engineering, Product, Integrations, and the client, managing expectations proactively
- Ensure deliverables and artifacts are organized, current, and owned by the right person
- Build fluency in the Sardine product to engage as a thought partner on feature requests
- Report on project health including deliverable slippage, root cause analysis, dependency risk, and capacity planning across concurrent engagements
The role requires balancing enterprise-grade program management rigor with startup velocity—applying formal governance and clear ownership while moving at the pace of a fast-growing company, not a legacy vendor.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of technical program or project management experience, including time managing implementations for large enterprise clients
- Direct experience working within or against enterprise client formal project management expectations (structured governance, RACI, milestone-based reporting) with judgment to apply rigor appropriately for different client sizes and speeds
- Experience in fintech, payments, fraud, risk, or compliance, ideally at a B2B SaaS company selling into enterprise clients
- Ability to act as a thought partner to Engineering and Product, speaking credibly about technical dependencies and tradeoffs to help unblock and prioritize
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, translating technical status into language enterprise clients and executives will trust
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple concurrent, high-stakes client engagements without losing details
