In this role, you will lead complex technical programs from scoping through launch and operational handoff, partnering with Product, Engineering, and business leaders across Oscar's Network, Growth, Member, and Clinical pillars. You'll work on initiatives spanning provider data platforms, clinical integrations, member digital experiences, enrollment, broker tools, and marketing technology.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading complex technical programs with integrated plans, clear owners, milestones, dependencies, and success measures
- Turning ambiguity into action by bringing the right people together, clarifying problems, and establishing practical next steps
- Partnering across Product, Engineering, and business teams to connect roadmaps, coordinate commitments, and make tradeoffs explicit
- Anticipating delivery risks, resolving dependency gaps, and driving timely decisions with clear options and business impact analysis
- Coordinating teams and vendors through integrations, testing, adoption, and launch readiness, including security, privacy, and compliance reviews
- Supporting quarterly and annual planning with clear visibility into progress and delivered outcomes
- Contributing to building a strong TPM team by sharing practices, supporting colleagues, and turning lessons into improvements

- Clear written and verbal communication, including ability to explain complex issues and recommend courses of action to senior leaders
- Strong ownership and follow-through, with examples of moving work forward when plans change or obstacles arise
**Bonus qualifications:**
- Experience in healthcare, health insurance, or another regulated industry
