Salary: USD 140,000 - 245,000 / annual
Figma is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join the Technology Services team. This role bridges Business (Finance, GTM, Engineering) and Technology teams (Business Systems, GRC & IT) to lead cross-functional programs that enable the company to scale effectively.
You will own the end-to-end delivery of complex, high-impact initiatives. Key responsibilities include leading highly cross-functional programs using strong TPM craft and collaboration skills; driving project alignment by managing dependencies, guiding technical discussions, and ensuring conversations happen at the right time; anticipating risks and blockers while escalating when needed to maintain momentum; building trusted partnerships across the organization to influence outcomes; and championing effective ways of working by identifying the right balance of tools, structure, and practices.
The role requires comfort diving into technical details to guide conversations and drive alignment, with the ability to adapt communication style for different audiences. You'll thrive in ambiguity, operating with autonomy to create clarity and momentum. You'll build a culture of knowledge-sharing and transparency through strong collaboration.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of program and project management experience in a cloud/SaaS environment supporting technology teams; comfort with technical details and ability to communicate across levels; ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous situations; track record of building collaborative, transparent cultures; proficiency with project management tools (Asana, GSuite, Zoom, Notion, Figma, etc.).
Desirable: PMP & Scrum certifications; prior experience with business systems supporting QTC (billing platforms, Salesforce, NetSuite).
