This senior individual contributor role combines deep technical knowledge with instructional expertise to own major training initiatives within the business line.
You will serve as the recognized subject matter expert for training strategy, with teams relying on your instructional frameworks and learning artifacts. Key responsibilities include designing comprehensive training frameworks and curricula spanning from onboarding through advanced technical proficiency for Tech Ops engineers. You'll translate complex systems into scalable learning artifacts including runbooks, SOPs, work instructions, and troubleshooting guides.
The role requires the drive to rapidly learn new systems and translate complex technical concepts into scalable learning solutions that accelerate workforce readiness. You'll conduct hands-on technical training across diverse products and systems, adapting instructional methods to learner needs and operational contexts. You'll maintain expertise across hardware, software, networking, and operational procedures to deliver credible, field-informed training.
You will produce and maintain clear, well-structured technical documentation and training materials, designing knowledge management systems that capture institutional knowledge and prevent single points of failure. You'll establish documentation standards and training artifacts adopted across teams and programs, incorporating real-time field insights and After Action Reviews into training updates.
Responsibilities include identifying systemic capability gaps across the workforce and designing training solutions that scale with new products and processes. Training programs you develop are adopted across multiple teams and become standard references, with measurable improvements in deployment quality, troubleshooting speed, and operational success rates. You'll set training priorities, proficiency thresholds, and certification standards that ensure operational readiness, while emphasizing safety culture and operational discipline.
