Doctolib is seeking a Technical Onboarding Specialist to guide medical practices and hospitals through the technical implementation of its AI-powered phone assistant. In this role, you will plan and oversee the technical rollout of the solution, configure systems, manage data migrations from external practice management systems, and ensure reliable deployment in clinical environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage technical implementation of the AI phone assistant at medical practices and hospitals
- Verify technical prerequisites, configure the solution, and ensure successful deployment
- Coordinate data migrations from external practice management systems and validate data quality and completeness
- Conduct technical discussions with practices, IT contacts, and internal teams; explain complex technical concepts clearly
- Document technical solutions, develop training materials, and automate recurring tasks
After six months, you will independently manage onboardings, solve technical challenges, and contribute to process improvements.
Requirements:
- First experience in technical onboarding, technical implementation, IT support, Technical Customer Success, or comparable role
- Strong understanding of APIs, IT infrastructure, networks, and VPNs
- Proficiency working with data (Excel, SQL, or similar tools)
- German language skills at C1 level minimum; English at B2 level minimum
- Ability to analyze technical problems systematically and develop pragmatic solutions independently
Nice-to-Have:
- Programming experience with JavaScript and/or Python
- SQL database experience
- Knowledge of practice management systems, hospital information systems, or EHR systems
- Experience with SaaS solutions, technical implementations, or AI tools
- Experience creating training materials or process automation
