Classiq is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to lead the technical execution and customer-facing delivery of complex enterprise Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) migration projects. This is a hands-on engineering role with end-to-end project ownership, combining deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership.
You will own the complete lifecycle of enterprise PQC migration projects—from discovery and assessment through design, implementation, validation, and deployment readiness. You'll work directly with enterprise customers, technology partners, and Classiq's internal R&D teams to assess existing network and security environments, identify PQC migration requirements and risks, design hybrid classical/PQC architectures, and drive projects toward production deployment.
Key responsibilities include: conducting technical discovery and architecture design for PQC migrations; assessing customer network security environments and identifying dependencies and constraints; designing and validating hybrid cryptographic approaches; leading integration, testing, and performance-validation activities; troubleshooting complex network, security, and performance issues; owning technical milestones and deliverables; communicating findings and recommendations to both engineering teams and senior customer stakeholders; and developing technical documentation and migration roadmaps.
You must combine strong hands-on network security engineering expertise with proven ability to lead complex, customer-facing technical projects while remaining deeply technical. Required qualifications include extensive hands-on experience in complex enterprise network environments, deep practical knowledge of enterprise networking and secure communications architecture, strong troubleshooting and systems-level problem-solving skills, solid understanding of cryptography and cryptographic infrastructure, and experience with Post-Quantum Cryptography, hybrid deployments, and cryptographic migration initiatives.
Additional requirements: proven track record leading technically complex implementation projects with direct customer engagement, experience with architecture and integration of network security technologies, ability to move fluidly between high-level strategy and hands-on execution, strong ownership and stakeholder-management skills, and willingness to travel internationally. Advantageous experience includes large-scale telecom or carrier-grade networks, Linux networking and systems engineering, and bringing emerging security technologies from lab validation to production.
