Vesta is a next-generation mortgage origination platform modernizing the multi-trillion dollar mortgage market. Founded by early Blend employees, the company has raised $55M from top-tier investors including Andreessen Horowitz and Bain Capital Ventures.
As the first Technical Integration Specialist on the Partnerships team, you'll be the go-to technical resource bridging Vesta's product and partnerships functions. You'll review partner technical documentation, assess integration complexity, and identify risks early. You'll work alongside partnerships managers in client meetings, answering technical questions and demonstrating completed integrations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serving as the primary technical contact for the partnerships team, joining meetings with partners and providing technical guidance
- Reviewing partner technical documentation and comparing how their systems handle data (including MISMO fields) against Vesta's architecture, summarizing integration scope and gaps for product managers
- Supporting the product manager who owns integration development, providing context, triaging partner questions, and advocating for best practices in integration design
- Guiding integrations from testing through launch, coordinating certification steps, troubleshooting issues, and managing maintenance and enhancement requests
- Partnering with the implementations team to support customers deploying new integrations, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless partner integration experiences
You bring experience from a mortgage technology company, understanding how these systems are built, where they fail, and what's required to integrate disparate platforms. You're a resourceful problem-solver who can quickly assess new partner technology, estimate integration effort, and spot risks before they materialize. You're comfortable with technical concepts and explore how AI and modern technology can accelerate integration work.
You're trusted by both external partners and internal colleagues. Partners view you as someone who understands their challenges and delivers results, building long-term relationships. Internally, the implementations team brings you in to troubleshoot customer issues and ensure smooth integration experiences.
